MILES OF TUNNELS

                          MILES OF TUNNELS LEADING?

After some exploration the party decided to recover their horses and cart and bring them to the entrance of tunnel 3 in order to continue their exploration, as they were about to head down they noticed a bedraggled looking individual heading towards them, of course they challenged him and as they began to parlay a second less ragged looking person came forward. It turned out that a cleric of a minor god had been driven from the city by the pogroms and had chanced to meet an Wood Elf explorer who is in search of the source of the sickness that now affects all of Mas Medina and the lake.

 

 The two were offered to join the party and they accepted and once more the band headed into the endless tunnels, after some time they came to an expected bifurcation in the tunnel and their senses told them all was not right, and yes sure enough another ambush had been set, and although our heroes were ready for it this one was of a different calibre! Almost at once a half orc wearing a breastplate adorned with image we now know to be of Bapmet spoke words of power and Thraug and Rapten were paralysed! The front line disabled made the situation look quite bad for the party, but the new party member Frost was able to free Rapten from the magic and then a fierce battle ensued with the Ranger and the allied bandits peppering the enemy with arrows while the Orog thugs launched assaults on the front line fighters, Frost proved to be a most useful support for the warriors and of course Rapten's speed and agility enabled him to inflict a great deal of damage.

  But once Thraug was fully back in the fight the tables soon turned and once again our heroes vanquished the forces of Bapmet and whoever else is behind this bandit activity in the roads of Glandr.
